Honey is received, weighed, sampled and logged by batch and source producer.

Filtering and homogenization at controlled temperature, preserving the honey's natural characteristics.

Physicochemical analysis of each batch performed by an accredited outside laboratory.

Packaged into jars or drums, with batch and date identification.

Stored in a suitable environment and shipped with corresponding documentation.

We only state what can be proven. Our sanitary registration can be verified directly with Brazil's Ministry of Agriculture.
Independent analysis
Physicochemical analysis of each batch is performed by an accredited outside laboratory. Reports available on request.

Every batch is identified and traceable back to the source producer, with records kept from receiving through shipping.
