Our facility is registered with the Federal Inspection Service under number 7436. It's the registration required to sell animal-origin products across Brazilian states and to export, and it can be verified directly with Brazil's Ministry of Agriculture.
Physicochemical analysis is performed by an accredited outside laboratory, not by us. Reports are made available to clients on request.
Every honey received is logged by batch and source producer. That link is preserved through processing, packaging and shipping, allowing any batch to be traced after sale.
Filtering and homogenization at controlled temperature, preserving the honey's natural characteristics and keeping consistency between batches of the same floral source.
We don’t hold organic certification, so it doesn’t appear anywhere on this site or on our labels. When a buyer asks about a specific certification, we answer with what we have today and what’s in progress — never with a claim that isn’t backed by an audit.
