Our own facility in Mirassol, São Paulo.
Our facility is registered with the Federal Inspection Service under number 7436. That's where we receive, process, package and ship — our own honey and that of the producers who work with us.
Receiving
Honey is received, weighed, sampled and logged by batch and source producer.
Processing
Filtering and homogenization at controlled temperature, preserving the honey's natural characteristics.
Quality Control
Physicochemical analysis of each batch performed by an accredited outside laboratory.
Packaging
Packaged into jars or drums, with batch and date identification.
Shipping
Stored in a suitable environment and shipped with corresponding documentation.
